SHIPPING

Your Lauren Webster artwork purchase will be shipped via Australia Post within 2 business days of placing an order.

Please allow 3 – 7 business days to receive your purchase if you are within Australia, unless otherwise noted in the product description. International post can take between 5 – 20 business days depending on the country.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES for JEWELLERY PURCHASES

The Marina Antoniou x Lauren Webster collection is made in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email.

Orders within Australia

Shipping costs within Australia are AUD $15. Your order will be shipped via Express Post with next day delivery (within the Australia Post network).  

International Orders

International shipping costs are AUD $35. Your order will be sent via registered air mail and requires 7 - 15 business days for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

Many artworks and products in the Lauren Webster store are one off original pieces which have their own individual characteristics which are the result of the materials and the processes of art making by hand. These individual features are not faults but marks from the artists hand and should be cherished as such.

Please choose carefully and understand that refunds can not be made for change of mind.

Every care is taken to ensure that you love and enjoy your purchase however in the instance that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and feel the need to discuss further please contact lauren@laurenwebster.net

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if lauren@laurenwebster.net is informed by email within 7 business days of purchase or receipt, though this will be at our discretion and, if approved Customers will be required to pay for return postage.
