In January 2017 Bondi's Best restaurant int Bondi Beach, Sydney launched the Aix Wine pop-up Rosé bar.
Lauren Webster was commissioned to develop a an original creative concept and custom artwork for the space.
The project was curated by Sydney creative agency, Authority creative and captured by filmmaker Augustin Chauvet.
